Tara B. Keller, Esquire

Tara Keller is an experienced litigation attorney and negotiator. A 2008 graduate of the University of Montana School of Law, Ms. Keller has represented plaintiffs in motor vehicle accidents, employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims, and consumers in credit report actions. Ms. Keller’s work experience and accomplishments are listed below.

Assist in discovery, litigation management, negotiations, and prepare pleadings for Fair Credit Reporting Act individual claims and class action lawsuits in federal court.

Pursued personal injury claims and cases in all aspects of negotiation and litigation in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

 

Laughlin, Falbo, Levy & Moresi San Diego, CA

Strategically managed individual case load producing aggressive and efficient litigation results for workers’ compensation insurance defense practice. Attended weekly court appearances and conducted depositions. Marketed corporate insurance companies, adjusters, and brokers to expand client base.  Taught CLE course to firm attorneys in Medicare and set asides. Engaged in all aspects of litigation from developing an initial litigation plan, conducting discovery, and resolving matters either through settlement or trial.
